Ron is the Principal lawyer at LeClair and Associates, specializing exclusively in management side Labour and Employment Law. Ron assists various private and public sector clients with the full range of workplace legal issues. He is a highly sought-after speaker and lecturer on many labour and employment law topics.
Whether it involves a unionized or non-unionized working environment, Ron works with employers to successfully manoeuver through workplace issues they face. Through providing strategic advice, ensuring compliance with constantly evolving workplace laws and representing employers at mediation, arbitration, tribunal hearings, administrative proceedings or in court, Ron’s primary objective is to ensure that the employer’s overarching organizational goals are met. Ron’s approach is to support the employer’s strategic objectives by addressing legal issues – and maximizing available legal options – as part of the larger goal of achieving organizational vibrancy and success.

Terra Leibold is the Office Manager for LeClair & Associates. Her career in the legal industry started in 2002 as a paralegal, but her natural business and marketing sense has equipped her to oversee the general management of the firm, which includes office management, human resources, technology and information systems, and accounting. She finds motivation in providing the firm with the tools and resources it requires to be successful.
In her spare time she enjoys camping with her husband and children, spending time with friends and family, running, hiking, biking, and volunteering in her community.

Natalya Volkova is a Legal Assistant at LeClair & Associates. She provides legal and administrative support to our team, including drafting and preparing legal documents for use in courts and administrative tribunal proceedings, communications and strategic file management.

Ayushi is an associate with LeClair and Associates, whose practice covers a wide range of employment law including advising employers on employment contracts, employee discipline and termination, workplace policies, privacy matters in the workplace, and human rights complaints. Ayushi is based in Ottawa where she primarily assists our firm’s clients in Eastern Ontario.
Ayushi received her Law Degree from the University of Ottawa. While studying at the University of Ottawa, Ayushi leveraged her passion for technology to digitize and create the law school of the future through projects such as the first-ever LeClair and Associates Virtual Reality Moot. During this time, Ayushi’s passion for technology and privacy also led her to co-create technology-based solutions that help remove socio-economic barriers in law.
Before attending Law School, Ayushi received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University.
Ayushi’s work has been recognized by mainstream media and has been featured in the Canadian Lawyer Magazine, CityNews, LawTimes and many others.

Ritesh is an associate with LeClair and Associates who frequently assists employers as they manage the impact of rapidly emerging technology in the workplace, including in such areas as Cybersecurity, Data Security and Privacy Law, Digital Defamation, Technology Law, AI Governance, Virtual Reality, and related Litigation.
Ritesh is an experienced technology leader in Ontario. While completing his law degree, Ritesh participated in two hackathons. The first was in the summer of 2020, where he and three colleagues entered an international tech law competition and developed an automated workflow to generate refund claims to airlines for COVID-related cancellations. This project placed second place in the world. The second hackathon was a Pan-Canada competition where he and two colleagues developed a free automated privacy breach reporting tool kit for small businesses. The toolkit placed first in the competition.
Ritesh has had the privilege of working and presenting around the world including the World Internet Conference, the Major City Chiefs/FBI National Executive Institute Conference, NATO-sponsored Cybersecurity Conference and several other events around the world. He frequently provides interviews to mainstream media on cyber and tech-related stories. Ritesh is a member of the E-Crimes Council of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police and a member of Interpol’s Metaverse Expert Group. He has also appeared twice as a witness in Canada’s House of Commons on different tech issues impacting the business community.

Kaitlin is an associate with LeClair and Associates based in our London office. She is a member of the Indigenous Bar Association, and her practice covers a range of workplace issues including employment law, compliance, human rights complaints, employee relations, and dispute resolution.
Kaitlin received her Law Degree from Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia. During her studies, Kaitlin leveraged her diverse background in sciences, politics, and law to work on an interdisciplinary research team studying the impacts of pandemic policies and procedures on vulnerable communities. She additionally acted as President of the Science and Law student group with the goals of bridging communication gaps between subject-matter experts and encouraging multi-disciple approaches to complex modern challenges. Prior to Law School, Kaitlin completed her undergraduate majors in Environmental and Political Sciences and her Masters in Environment and Sustainability at Western University in Ontario.
